LNG Canada #Stage 5 – Suspended Deck as a Key Component for LNG Tank Insulation Performance : modularisation & quality excellence

After installing the process modules, the LNG Canada project team undertook on a strategically timed phase: the cryogenic insulation of the suspended deck

The suspended deck, based on Entrepose Contracting in-house design, features an innovative and modular approach aimed at minimizing site installation hours and reducing aluminum welding hazards. Built with precision and subject to strict quality control , the deck was assembled at ground level prior to the roof air raising. Once in position, it was fully insulated with over 3,000 cryogenic rolls to ensure the tank’s thermal performance
